Erasmus+ Youth Exchange | Mollina, Spain | 6–14 May 2025
“Healthy Mind, Efficient Work” was a powerful Erasmus+ Youth Exchange that brought together 25 young people from Spain, Italy, Türkiye, and Ukraine in the CEULAJ (Mollina, Málaga) to explore the essential link between mental well-being and employability.
Project Aim
The initiative was designed to support youth facing professional uncertainty, unemployment, and emotional stress. Our goal was to help participants gain practical career tools, while also prioritizing mental health, self-awareness, and resilience.
What We Did
Over 8 dynamic days, participants engaged in:
-
Workshops on stress management, emotional intelligence, leadership & self-care
-
Practical sessions on CV writing, job interviews, networking & entrepreneurship
-
Group discussions exploring soft skills like communication & teamwork
-
A final challenge: designing their own Erasmus+ projects based on common interests
The program was enriched with intercultural evenings, team-building games, and peer-led sharing spaces that nurtured trust, inclusion, and deep reflection.
